We are Parents taking legal action against nations and states that have participated in a systematic cross-generational coalition. child abuse within the family court systems.

To the Relevant Ministries of Justice, Child Welfare Agencies, and State Representatives,
This serves as a formal notification from our cross-generational coalition regarding an upcoming multi-jurisdictional class action lawsuit. We are holding states and national governments accountable for their participation in—and failure to prevent—systemic gross child abuse facilitated through family court systems.
Our charges include, but are not limited to:
- Systemic Child Endangerment: The failure of state institutions to protect children from documented harm.
- Misuse of “Parental Alienation” Theories: The application of scientifically discredited labels to silence victims of domestic violence and forcibly remove children from protective parents.
- Violations of International Law: Infringement upon the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and fundamental human rights protocols.
Our Demand:
We represent a global collective of parents and children who have suffered irreparable trauma and loss of family life. We demand a full investigation into state-sanctioned removals and an immediate halt to the use of “Parental alienation”” Pas” tactics to bypass safety evidence.
Be advised that as of 2026, We are actively consolidating evidence and victim testimonies across borders to pursue full legal restitution and systemic reform.
