Uncovering Injustices in Child Welfare Systems

ExposeThem

A MeToo-Inspired Movement to End Court-Enforced Child Psychological Abuse

For over 118 years, children have suffered from severe psychological abuse—not by just one parent, but by the entire system meant to protect them.

Family Courts. Social Services. Child Welfare Agencies. Custody Evaluators. Therapists. Politicians. Lawmakers. Prime Ministers. Heads of State. Presidents.

They have ignored the truth, failed to apply scientific knowledge, and prioritized careers and political agendas over the safety and well-being of children.

This is not incompetence. This is participation in child abuse.

The Evidence Has Been Available for Decades

This is not a gray area. This is diagnosable, severe psychological abuse. The DSM-5 and ICD have made this clear for years.

These Are the Diagnoses Courts and Governments Are Ignoring:

  • 309.4 (ICD F43.25) – Adjustment Disorder (disturbance to emotions and behavior)
  • 300.19 (ICD F68.10) – Factitious Disorder Imposed on Another (false attachment pathology)
  • 297.1 (ICD F24) – Delusional Disorder, Persecutory Type (shared delusions with the child)
  • V995.51 (ICD T74.32) – Psychological Abuse of Child
  • V61.20 (ICD Z62.82) – Parent-Child Relationship Problem
  • V61.29 (ICD Z62.898) – Child Affected by Parental Relationship Distress

“The diagnosis is clear. If there’s a problem, it’s diagnosable.”

The Pathology We Are Facing:

A narcissistic-borderline-dark personality parent imposes a shared persecutory delusion on the child—that the other parent is dangerous, unloving, or harmful. The child, in emotional enmeshment and psychological manipulation, rejects a loving, healthy parent.

“Delusions that the person (or someone close) is being malevolently treated…”
APA, on Persecutory Type Delusional Disorder

We Are Going All In

ExposeThem is a global accountability movement calling out everyone—from the family courts to the highest offices of the land—who has failed to protect children.

We’re not just calling out judges and social workers—we’re naming every individual, institution, and system that has allowed this abuse to happen:

  • Judges who ruled without considering the evidence or protecting the child
  • Attorneys Involved in Child Abuse and Misleading the Courts Regarding Serious Child Abuse Cases
  • Therapists who misdiagnosed, stayed silent, or ignored the abuse
  • Social workers who filed biased or false reports
  • Custody evaluators who failed to do proper diagnostic work
  • Politicians who wrote laws that allowed or facilitated this abuse
  • Child welfare officials who prioritized budgets over safety
  • Schoolteachers who either supported the perpetrator or ignored the warning signs
  • Bar associations and oversight boards that covered up malpractice
  • Lawmakers, Prime Ministers, Presidents, and Heads of State who ignored or blocked efforts to protect children from abuse

No More Excuses

“You had the knowledge. You had the power. You had the responsibility to act.
Now you will be named, and you will be held accountable.”

What We Demand:

  1. Mandatory differential diagnosis in ALL custody disputes involving child rejection and psychological abuse
  2. Legal recognition of psychological child abuse as real, diagnosable, and criminal
  3. Oversight and accountability for every professional and government official who enabled or ignored the abuse
  4. Legislative reform: We call out lawmakers, prime ministers, and presidents who block protective change
  5. Public exposure: Every enabler gets named. No more silence.

Join the Movement. Name Them. Expose Them.

Just like the #MeToo movement broke the silence on systemic abuse, ExposeThem is doing the same for family courts, child welfare systems, and political institutions.

We are calling out every person—from judges and custody evaluators to presidents, prime ministers, and heads of state—who has enabled this abuse or failed to act.

Expose the Judges.

Expose the Lawmakers.

Expose the Child Welfare Agencies.

Expose the Politicians.

Expose the Silence.

Silence isn’t neutrality. Silence is complicity. And silence ends now.

What We’re Building:

ExposeThem is not just a campaign—it’s a global movement for accountability and reform.

We are working to create:

  • A comprehensive registry of names: Judges, lawmakers, politicians, social workers, child welfare agencies, and everyone who has enabled child abuse.
  • A petition for legislative change: We’re demanding sweeping reforms to how child abuse in custody cases is handled.
  • Educational resources: To help parents, victims, and advocates understand the pathology of parental alienation and psychological child abuse.
  • Public hearings and investigations: We’ll work with journalists, whistleblowers, and legal experts to hold officials accountable.

How You Can Help:

  • Submit a Name: If you have information about someone who enabled or ignored child abuse in custody cases, submit their name to be publicly held accountable.
  • Share Your Story: If you or your child has suffered from psychological abuse in family courts or custody disputes, tell your story to raise awareness.

Parent in parental alienation
Alienator and child

A retired German family court judge revealed that he was never informed about this abuse during his training. He apologized on behalf of all judges and expressed deep regret. He stated that the apology made in 2018 in Brussels can no longer suffice, as information about this serious abuse is now widely available online.
